I’m Allison Ly, a second generation Asian American. born and raised in Los Angeles, California. I help first and second generation adults create the happy and healthy relationships they desire most without sacrificing their dreams, desires and mental health along the way. I help first and second gen adults reduce feelings of anxiety and burnout in their relationships and increase their level of confidence in daily interactions.
