I commonly help people who are experiencing anxiety, depression and/ or trauma. I work with my clients to help them unpack how their earlier years in childhood and adolescence can impact how they experience themselves and their relationships. I work with clients to help them make connections from the past to the present while also teaching coping skills to help improve their symptoms and interpersonal relationships.
