I'm a nonbinary, neurodivergent, queer, and Disabled Vietnamese child of refugees and psychotherapist currently occupying Tamien Land (so-called San Jose, CA). I hold space for people to reconnect with their wholeness by slowing down, cultivating compassion, and alchemizing pain into healing and growth. My care work is highly relational, integrative, and deeply informed by my lived experiences. My approach is trauma-informed, pleasure positive, and polyam, neurodiversity, and LGBTQ+ affirming. My practice is deeply rooted in attachment theory, disability justice, nonduality, and mindfulness. You are welcome exactly as you are.
