Angela Nguyen

Hi, my name is Angela. I am a neurodivergent Asian-American therapist, and I am passionate about providing affirming, holistic mental health care. Therapy with me will involve looking at all parts of your identity and background. We'll start by identifying the parts of your life that are not what you want them to be. We will work to improve how you react in stressful situations, communicate in relationships, and find balance in your life. And by doing the uncomfortable work of identifying patterns and roles that are not what you need, you will find that you will begin to grow and heal. However you want to grow, I want to help you get there.
