Welcome. I love supporting clients in their 20s and 30s who are exploring how to care for themselves, heal from attachment wounds, and nurture meaningful relationships with others & the world around them. Many of the clients I enjoy working with identify as BIPOC, queer, and/or as creatives. They are often seeking support in the areas of anxiety, stress, grief, relationships, self-care and self-compassion, community care, trauma (including racial, spiritual, relational, and developmental trauma), and identity. I especially enjoy working with individuals that identify as mixed race or are in multicultural relationships.
