Healing is a complex process given the vastness of the world we live in and the stories we encompass. In treatment, I aim to create a balance between short-term solutions and adjusting long-held narratives. Our sessions can tend to patterns and cycles you see in your life, ways of relating to people, exploring what you were taught or what was normalized, what you want now, and ultimately getting to a place of agency. Where you feel like you are an active member of your life, not that life is happening to you.
