Catherine Lee

Hi there! My name is Catherine and I am licensed in both Oregon and Washington. I consider it a privilege to be able to walk alongside my clients. My approach to therapy is trauma-informed, social justice-oriented, and relational. My style is warm but directive, and my main objective is to provide a safe space for you to be able to process through your thoughts and emotions. My specialties include trauma and anxiety and I enjoy working on racial identity work as well. I can also provide EMDR for those who are interested.
