Charles Zeng

Charles Zeng specializes in depth psychology and affirmative psychotherapy. After working in non-profit community mental health, Charles has experience with a diverse population of adults, adolescents, couples, and has facilitated process groups with folks around issues of vulnerability and self-acceptance. With a non-judgmental approach, Charles wants to stay curious in getting to know his clients so that they can feel safe about asking for what they need. There is often so much shame around not knowing who we are, Charles is here to help tame that shame, and work together to uncover our deeper sense of self.
