Hi! I’m Christine and I am committed to aiding individuals live a resilient life. I specialize in working with adults coping with adjustment disorder, stress, life transitions, and grief and loss to name a few. Based on the goals you set for yourself, I use client-centered approach to create a treatment plan to address your needs, provide psychoeducation and supportive counseling. We'll work together to identify and utilize your strengths and foster learning coping strategies to aid in your health and wellness journey. My goal for my clients is to increase personal awareness, cultivate effective behavior and achieve emotional stability.
