I am a LCSW based in the Berkeley/Albany area. I offer weekly, long-term, depth therapy and EMDR therapy for adults. I work from a psychodynamic, attachment and relational lens and hold strong importance around sociocultural issues. I use EMDR and IFS parts model approach to treat PTSD. I work with adults and couples who have experienced: anxiety, adult attachment issues, relationship issues/interpersonal effectiveness, identity work, adult children of immigrants, life transitions (new moms, career change, etc), ppl who work in tech, low-self esteem, adults who had narcissistic parents or partners, grief & loss, and complex trauma.
