Connie values the importance of a client’s culture & background, as well as recognizing the intersection of white supremacy and colonization in people’s lives, and how that impacts one’s sense of self and identity.
Connie’s work is informed by growing up as queer and a member of an immigrant family. Connie’s areas of interest are working with individuals who are: BIPOC and/or LGBTQ+. Connie incorporates techniques from EMDR, internal family systems, DBT, mindful self-compassion, and attachment theory.
