By creating a safe space for open communication, I aim to help individuals, couples, and family members work towards healthier interpersonal relationships. I had the privilege of assisting clients through various stages of life: grief, pregnancy/postpartum, parenting issues, pre-marital counseling, marital/family issues, separation, divorce, recovery, affairs, sexual issues, and mental health diagnoses. I strive to be collaborative with my clients to ensure goals are being met through helpful and effective interventions.
