I specialize in culturally competent counseling with emphasis on ethnic, Asian individual, couples and family systems. Most of my intern experience comprise of working at Asian Pacific Counseling Treatment Services and Pacific Asian Counseling Services working with the underserved Asian community mental health services in Southern CA. I support individuals to identify what they want out of life, gain a clear picture, and develop a strategy to attain the desired results. I have expertise working with mood disorders, life changes, adults, cultural competency, mixed race family, adults with substance use issues, and adults with young children.
