I’m a licensed clinical psychologist (CA and NY) specializing in helping adults who grew up with emotionally immature or unpredictable parents, and relational trauma. Many of my clients struggle with overthinking, perfectionism, imposter syndrome, fear of failure, or people-pleasing — strategies that once kept them safe.
