Therapy does not have to be scary. Therapy does not have to be you lying on a couch and me taking notes at you. Therapy also does not have to be all talk for an hour. We can draw, we can take a walk, we can cry, we can laugh, we can even meet virtually! I'm a 1st generation Chi-Viet-American female, born from immigrant parents. With this comes a variety of experiences, both wonderful and challenging, that I use to deepen my work with clients. I specialize in issues of anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, intergenerational trauma, and eating disorders. I believe in a strength-based and trauma-informed approach. I'm excited to meet you!
