I enjoy working with adolescents and young adults going through all stages of development and struggling with many different kinds of issues. I support my clients through healing from abuse, trauma, behavioral problems, anxiety, depression, eating disorder and more. Growing up is hard and most of us cannot do this work alone. It’s normal to need help along the way. During my work, I mainly help people to heal from relational disruption or loss, life transitions, familial stress, problems of people-pleasing, perfectionism, and impostor syndrome, and social stress/trauma related to intersectionalities of gender, race, sexuality, and class.
