I’m a licensed marriage and family therapist committed to helping people of color in particular Asian folks as they’re not many of us as therapists available. I believe it is beneficial to a client to meet someone that shares a lot of the same cultured experiences and worldview. I am passionate about working with children, adults and families to help build resiliency in your context. Whether it be school/work stress, societal pressures, life transitions, family of origin issues, parental stress, trauma, relational difficulties, anxiety and depression. I am also passionate about working with neurodivergent folks.
