Hi! I'm a Korean American psychotherapist in NYC. I believe therapy is a space to be heard and feel seen so that clients can reach healing and meaningful engagement with life. I use an integrative approach that is person-centered, strengths-based, and non-judgmental. I aim to empower clients who may struggle with stress, anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, mood disorders, racial identity, intergenerational trauma, insecure relationships and relationship conflicts, boundaries, and perfectionism. I have a special interest in working with Asian American clients and/or adult children of immigrants.
