Ellery Woo

Dr. Woo is passionate about empowering clients to make choices that feel right for them based on their intersecting identities, strengths, life experiences, and goals. Bearing witness to someone’s journey and bravery. Dr. Woo utilizes an integrative relational/dynamic approach drawing on a liberation/decolonization framework, relational-cultural therapy, trauma-informed - based approaches, and acceptance commitment therapy. Dr. Woo is adaptive and collaborative in the therapy room, which means it is important to her to meet the client where they are at and to work with them based on their needs.
