In-Person and Virtual availability. I work with Adults, Young Adults and Teens. Clients come to me because they are experiencing: anxiety, depression, grief, stress, low self-worth, and burnout. I also work with individuals who come from dysfunctional families, those who suffer from narcissistic/emotional abuse or families who have high expectations. My approach is warm, compassionate, with a balance of being goal oriented and solution focused. We work together to get you back in control of your life and build resilience, self-esteem and self-worth. Healing begins when you choose to process your emotional pain in healthy ways.
