I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida with over 15 years of combined life coaching, executive coaching, and psychotherapy/ counseling experience. I have had the honor of working with clients across a broad spectrum of lived experiences. I have worked with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, LGBTQIA+ identifying clients, relationship issues, career challenges, self-esteem, grief, substance abuse, trauma, racial inequity, & much more. My counseling style is a blend of Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as well as other modes, tailoring to my clients' needs. I look forward to working with you.
