I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in New York and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey. I received training from Columbia University and have worked with adults experiencing a wide range of challenges, including PTSD, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, family problem, racial/cultural issues, acculturation, life transitions, grief and loss. I provide Integrative Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and CBT therapy to promote wholeness and healthy balanced life. I believe in collaborative therapeutic relationship and mix of styles that are best suited to meet your needs.
