I am a licensed psychologist and licensed specialist in school psychology (LSSP) in Austin, Texas. I specialize in working with anxiety, perfectionism, high achievers, racial trauma, and children of immigrants. I practice from a systems-informed framework incorporating anti-oppressive and liberation psychological practices. My approach to therapy is integrative and person-centered. I use a relational approach to help you understand how your past affects your present and where you learned the habits and beliefs you carry with you so you can make intentional choices for your future aligned with your values.
