I am here to help you unlearn thoughts/behaviors that no longer serve you—to explore unhealthy habits, toxic ways of interacting with others, & harmful statements you unconsciously rehearse when you’re feeling your absolute worst. I focus on your strengths & take into account your family dynamics, how you were raised, & any trauma you have experienced.
