Based on my lived experiences as a first-generation Asian American immigrant, I'm passionate about promoting whole-person care in the intersection of mental health, positionality, and social determinants of health. I focus my work with folks navigating issues related to anxiety, depression, complex trauma, loss, identity, parenthood, caregiving of older adults with dementia, neurodiversity, and chronic illness. Grounded in a relational and anti-oppressive framework, with awareness, courage, and love, I believe in the transformative power of reauthoring our stories.
