Practice Details

I have been mentored by the very best, including a former professor and leader of the Third World Liberation Front during the SF State student protests, and shaped by a wide range of life experiences, such as being a magazine journalist for Wired Magazine, an EMT running ambulance psych emergency.
I specialize in treating issues with anxiety, depression, interracial relationships, ethnic identity, racism, substance use, and spiritual crisis in individual teletherapy. In addition, I see families with adult children and provide short-term individual sessions (6-12) utilizing EMDR for trauma (e.g., racial, childhood, intergenerational, etc...).
