I've been mentored by the best, including a former professor and leader of the Third World Liberation Front, and shaped by a wide range of life experiences, such as being a magazine journalist for Wired Magazine, an EMT running ambulance psych emergency calls, and backpacking through Asia for a year. I spent over a decade of research Voltron’ing together a therapeutic approach that borrows from systems theory, mindfulness-based interventions, social psychology, and postcolonial studies.
