I specialize in helping people who feel driven by high expectations and self-doubt, to experience life with less anxiety and a stronger sense of self-worth. With compassion, I work with folks struggling with anxiety, depression, dating and relationship challenges, low self-esteem, racial identity, and life transitions. I also work with couples on different issues such as getting unstuck from damaging patterns of relating by helping you see what's beneath the conflict or apathy and offering new ways of communicating and connecting to each other. I facilitate conversations such as whether to get married, have kids, or even whether to separate.
