Hi there, I'm a licensed clinician committed to partnering with you on your journey to wholeness. My work focuses on promoting deeper wellness and considers the entire axis of the human experience: from what appears in the here and now to a deep dive into your life. To that end, I take on a relational, trauma-informed, psychodynamic approach, often incorporating mindfulness, radical compassion and acceptance, attachment theory, and internal family systems frameworks. I value collaborative curiosity and connection and feel that my best work is with folks navigating emerging/transitional life stages and exploring transnational identities.
