The decision to seek and pursue psychotherapy is a bravery notion and I believe that everyone has a story to tell. It is because, you matter. Whether you may be going through past traumas and/or unresolved issues, my approach is person-centered, multicultural and eclectic. I operate on the theoretical frameworks of psychodynamic, Bowenian and CBT. At this time I am only serving adults and look forward to walking alongside you in this journey of life.
