I have a passion for people. Since the age of thirteen, I told everyone who would listen that I wanted to be a person that “heals the heart”. At the time, I did not know what a therapist was, only that I wanted to help others achieve a sense of peace. If you choose to work with me, I want to help you achieve these relationships and feelings in your life. As a therapist, I focus on building healthy and meaningful connections. It requires vulnerability, and you face a long list of challenges, however, I believe there is no greater reward in life than to be deeply aligned with yourself through personal exploration.
