I specialize in working with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, complex trauma, codependency, low self-esteem, racial and ethnic identity issues, relationship struggles, and life transitions. I specialize in helping individuals navigate through their trauma and heal from past wounds. I work from both an attachment theory model and family systems approach to explore your upbringing and patterns of relating. I help clients discover roots of their distorted cognitions and help change the unhealthy cycles and patterns in their life.
