Growing up as a first generation Asian American, it was an unspoken rule that you do not talk about your feelings. Rarely did you get to express your feelings and if you did it was frowned upon. As well as being a Bronx native, I have a unique set of skills due to intersectionality. For as long as I remember, I’ve always had a calling to help people and that is what motivates me to hold a brave space for you. You deserve someone who will listen, meet you where you are at and guide you towards healing. To be seen, to be heard, and to be understood.
