It is okay to not be okay; therapy is an invitation to allow yourself to be, heal, and grow, a space where you can be or perhaps find and unlock your most authentic self. While I adopt a client centered approach with psychodynamic perspectives, ultimately, I aim to tailor the therapeutic process to each individual to appropriately meet his or her wants and/or needs. I believe that therapists are the experts of the process, and clients are the experts of their own experience. As a Korean American psychotherapist, I am passionate about working with folx of the AAPI community, surrounding themes of identity and empowerment.
