I am a clinical psychologist who believes in working as a team to navigate challenges you experience with your family, relationships, culture and identity. My specialties include: life transitions, relationship/marriage concerns, cultural concerns, religious concerns, family stress, bicultural/multicultural identity, navigating parenthood, grief/loss, and maternal mental health. As you know, life can be complicated, painful and messy. We all have experiences that can be difficult to navigate alone and times when we would benefit from extra support. We will work together as a team towards your goals, and at your own pace.
