Kristina Lieu

As an AMFT supervised by Valeri Tresize LMFT, I have 7+ years of experience working with individuals and families and have specialized training in addictions counseling, infant mental health, complex trauma processing, and systemic therapy. As an adoptee of immigrant parents, I uphold cultural humility while helping families feel more connected. My goal as a therapist is to create a supportive space for clients to be brave with their feelings and to build on their natural strengths to develop tools and increased awareness for lasting growth. I see each individual as unique and center treatment on the client’s specific needs and situation.
