Kyu Young Oh

Dr. Oh grew up in Seoul, South Korea. She is a NY/NJ psychiatrist and psychotherapist trained at Columbia University Psychiatry Residency Program as a chief resident. She has a warm, kind, and optimistic engagement style with her clients and always takes into consideration each person’s unique life stories, cultural background, and spirituality. Based on six years of experience working with Asian communities, she specializes in Asian mental health and integrative approaches to psychiatry, combining talk therapy, lifestyle changes, and mind-body connections. She treats a wide range of conditions including anxiety, depression, OCD, and ADHD.
