Hello, my name is La. I am Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing teletherapy counseling to adult residents in Oregon and Washington state. I am passionate about working with adults who might be feeling stuck or stagnant, finding themselves repeating old patterns, and just wanting to do things differently. I support people in finding a deeper understanding of themselves and the world around them by providing a space to sort through demands and stressors of everyday life, relationships, and cultural identity/BIPOC-specific.
