Lillian Fu

Lillian is a Licensed Associate Counselor in New Jersey with a MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She experience with adults in both the intensive outpatient and outpatient settings as well as young adults in the university setting. She has experience assisting those struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and substance use disorder as well as managing transitional periods in life, such as educational and career changes. She comes from a client centered approach, and uses tenants from existential therapy, CBT, and DBT. She believes in the exploration of past experiences and future aspirations in the therapeutic process.
