There’s such a profound power in the therapy process of finding and owning your story. I’m always amazed to witness how resilient my clients are. Often times my clients already had what it took – they just needed some guidance, support, and tools along the way. And it’s truly a privilege for me to share that journey. My passion is helping individuals, couples, and families to connect to themselves, to each other, and to bigger meaning & purpose by becoming the most authentic and truest version of themselves.
