Lynn Nishimura

Hello! One of the most important components of therapy is the connection you have with your therapist. To that end, let me share a little about myself so you can get an idea if will make a good team. My therapeutic work is influenced by my identity as a Japanese-and-Chinese-American, my role as an adoptive parent, and my value of social justice work. I am an introvert navigating an extroverted society and value authenticity in my relationships. My goal as a therapist is to create a safe space for you to process, explore, and ultimately, to facilitate meaningful growth.
