I'm a Clinical Forensic psychologist licensed in CA. My experiences range from correctional settings, to inpatient settings, as well as outpatient treatment. I have treated a combination of different psychological syndromes from depression and anxiety, to more co-occurring substance related disorders. I utilize an integrative approach when working with clients, pulling concepts from CBT, DBT informed treatment, Mindfulness and Solution Focused Therapy. I understand one "style" does not fit all.
