My niche is in issues such as life transitions, cultural identity, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and self-compassion. I have an affinity towards multicultural, bi/multiracial, minority, and TCK individuals. TCKs, or third culture kids, are individuals who did not grow up in one or both of their parents’ passport country. These are individuals such as military kids, children of diplomats, immigrants/emigrants, and refugees. Through building self-compassion and empowering you to learn from all your experiences, I can help you find strengths that you've hidden from yourself to grow and heal.
