Taking the first steps in being a better you is acknowledging that you need help and asking for that help. The biggest change happens when clients are ready to put in the work in being better versions of themselves. I previously worked in outpatient and forensic residential mental health settings. My focus population are adults who deal with trauma, life transitions, self-esteem and relationship issues. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Crisis Oriented Recovery Services and Solution Focused Therapy and will pull from these modalities to tailor to your needs.
