Michelle is a second-generation Taiwanese American mental health therapist and most importantly Human. As an Licensed Clinical Social Worker, she facilitates the healing process in a trauma-informed, culturally-responsive, anti-oppressive environment that addresses the effects of systemic inequities and trauma on people’s mental health. Michelle cultivates sacred spaces of support and safety for reflection, learning, action, and radical self-love and acceptance. She has led and fostered dialogue on cultural humility, healing racial trauma, and issues impacting Asian American mental health at various organizations across the United States.
