I believe in the power of therapy because I have experienced freedom, hope, and joy in my own therapeutic journey. My goal is to partner with you to empower you in your own journey. My experience as an immigrant to the United States and working with refugees from around the world, drives my love of working with people from all cultures. I am a Korean American woman, and I look forward to meeting clients as they are, in their own unique beauty. I offer teletherapy to Washington State residents, specializing in childhood traumas, immigrant/People of Color experience, and women's issues. I utilize long-term, relational, trauma-focused therapy.
