I provide Individual Therapy for Adults of all ages. I utilize a relational, somatic, behavioral, and insight-oriented framework to address issues related to relationships, intimacy, family of origin, identity, loss & grief, abuse & survivorship, life transitions, gender & sexuality, career, and discovering a sense of self and inner purpose. I am available to care for both complex and acute traumas, whether they be from intergenerational, interpersonal, or systemic sources. I may hold overlapping identities for folks who are highly sensitive, children of immigrants, women of color, and LGBTQQIP2SA+.
