My practice helps people explore their identities, name and understand their suffering and move towards happiness and well-being.
I’m a biracial and multicultural femme of color that offers non-colonial perspectives many clients find helpful. I attained my Bachelors and Masters degree from the University of Utah College of Social Work as a non-traditional, first generation graduate. My practice includes a social justice lens. I’m an experienced, trained and authorized teacher of meditation & mindfulness practices in the Vajrayana tradition and am trauma informed and trained in EMDR.
