Ravi Chandra is a Board Certified psychiatrist and writer in San Francisco, and a Distinguished Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association. He is a graduate of Brown University, Stanford University School of Medicine, and UCSF’s residency in psychiatry. He has been a strong ally and member of the Asian American community for his entire adult life. He has written and presented extensively on Asian American psychology and culture locally, nationally and internationally. He works with predominantly BIPOC clients, & has been an advocate for their needs, working with intergenerational, cultural and transhistorical trauma, amongst other issues.
