I became a therapist because I wanted to be a part of the helping profession. Witnessing family and friends’ histories of mental health and watching their daily struggles inspired me to help. As a therapist, I am easy-going, relaxed, and compassionate. I provide a non-judgmental space for you to begin to self-reflect and build self-awareness. Together we will embark on a fun, eye-opening, and exciting journey to understand and find the right path for yourself. I want to empower you to understand your thoughts and feelings. Working through your negative behavioral and thought patterns, we will identify how these currently affect your life.
